The per-language news block (for English)

New beta series started 2009-12-18. Changes:

• Ability to keep attention grabbers and featured flags on item repost
• Ability to place feedback on all items for the specific member at once
• Top menu actions respect the current category
• Ability to subscribe to the new topics in the specific forum
• Better print view for items and forum topics
• Site administrator can now simple allow or disallow use of HTTPS for login and registration
• Invoices are now stored in the system and have paid/unpaid flag controllable by seller
• Sellers and buyers can see what invoices send to them are not paid yet
• Buyers can pay for items instantly with a Kaqoo Pay system, of seller allow it
• Ability to subscribe to the non-root category and new subscription dialog
• Preliminary support for PDA (optimized for Opera Mobile for this time)
• First image for the item displays in full size
• New full-size image view interface without popup window
• Left menu links become a links
• Quick post comment form in forum topics
• Forum RSS
• Simpler and more compact pager
• Better date format especially useful on forums
• Display latest messages in the forum list
• Seen/unseen message system for the forum
